1. if your In the hospital and your going to get surgery relax and pretend like your asleep or on conations.
that's pretty much all I got so you should problay read those even if there is one it may help oh and if you need more think about me how I am brave

When I have to be brave, I just think of you and then I don't feel so afraid any more.
